In the event that your insoles are not working for you, please contact customer service. We will guide you through the process of fitting your insoles, your expectations and in the unlikely event you need to return a pair, they will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#), and provide you with the details for your return.

Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

In the event that we are accepting the return and refunding your purchase, please allow up to 14 days for processing of your refund.
